Happy Emergency Nurses Day!

Today is Emergency Nurses Day, the pinnacle of the bigger celebration, Emergency Nurses Week.  There are approximately 90 thousand ER nurses in the U.S. and we couldn’t be prouder to employ almost 30 of you at Health Carousel Travel Nursing!

Emergency nurses truly are a special breed of nurse. You work long hours, treat everything from sore throats to strokes, and do so day in and day out with a smile. Nothing makes us prouder than when we hear kudos from a facility about our nurses providing a gold standard of care to patients during what is, most times, a day they’d rather soon forget.

Unfortunately, being an ER nurse is too often a thankless career, so while we can’t make up for this, we want to take a moment to recognize all of our awesome ER nurses. Thank you for everything that you do. Happy Emergency Nurses Day!
